The hotel was quite pleasant overall with friendly staff and clean, spacious rooms. However, I found the parking fee a bit excessive and breakfast service could be improved to avoid long waits. Still, the easy access to the Pleasure Beach was a definite advantage.

We stayed at this family-friendly hotel and had a wonderful time at Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Our kids loved the short walk to the park, which made it so convenient for getting to the attractions. The cozy rooms were perfect for our family, and we appreciated the breakfast that really set us up for the day.
My kids wished for better access to the pool. It would be great if families had dedicated time slots to enjoy the water facilities without the crowds.

Would be happy to recommend for a weekend stopover
Clean rooms, friendly staff, with the additional convenience of being only a 5-minute stroll from the Pleasure Beach, making it a perfect spot for exploring the park and the local area.
The only downside was the expensive bar prices for soft drinks.

the big blue hotel is awsome! super clean and comfy, the kids loved the bunk beds and the little games entertainment they had. breakfast was yum and stuff was really chill n helpful. great view of the pleasure beach from our room, so fun!
the parking fee was kinda annoying and it would be cool if check-in was earlier.

Had an awesome time with friends! We loved the location, especially being so close to the thrilling rides and shows at the Pleasure Beach. The hotel was clean and family-friendly, making it great for us. Don't forget to check out the fun events like Hot Ice and fireworks. it was a blast!
One downside was that the restaurant service didn’t meet expectations. We faced some issues with our reservation and the staff seemed dismissive about our food concerns. It took away from what could've been a perfect experience.

The room was bright and clean, with a PS3 for the kids to enjoy. Breakfast had plenty of delicious options like cooked food and pastries. Fitness centre was nice for a morning workout. Private access to the amusement park was so convenient, making it easy to skip the lines. Plus, views of the rides from our window were pretty exciting for the kids.

We had a delightful stay at the Big Blue Hotel. The family room was incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to spread out. The views of the Pleasure Beach from our window were stunning, making it an unforgettable experience for the kids. The cleanliness stood out. everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Breakfast took a while to get a table, but the selection was decent, and the kids loved it. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when I had questions about our room. However, the parking fees were steep at £10 a night. It was frustrating that we weren't informed ahead of time. Also, noise carried quite a bit from other rooms and the hallways, which made it hard for the kids to settle down at night. Good location near the amusement park, but it could use better soundproofing to make the stay more comfortable.

Oh mate, the salads in the restaurant were a delight! Seriously, a treasure trove of flavors that tickled my taste buds! Plus, our stay was a right treat with clean digs and a top-notch breakfast spread. The lovely folks at reception, Christine in particular, made us feel totally at home.
But let's be real, the pillows were a bit too thick for my liking – gave me a proper neck crick! Plus, while I loved the menu, I did think the bar prices were on the steep side.
